Kony hosting support is provided 24×7. The option for a non-hosted deployment to reside behind your firewall also exists. Kony Solutions work with hosting providers to monitor and manage the entire infrastructure, from the network to the applications level. Customers can reach a Kony team member anytime to report incidents, request support, or to follow up on status. Kony Solutions also offers SLAs around response and resolution times for different severities of incidents.

The Kony Mobile Application Platform is continuously upgraded and maintained to support emerging devices and technologies, and the servers are upgraded as new releases occur. Kony Solutions participates in all major device and mobile OS developer programs. We have a device group that monitors updates about upcoming devices, and tracks new phone and OS releases. A completely new device model, with an existing version is typically supported out of the box by the Kony platform within 90 days.
