As an optional service, Kony Solutions provides a secure hosting environment for mobile applications. Kony Solutions customers who choose to go with Kony hosting services require no additional IT infrastructure, making mobile programs highly feasible and very cost-effective.

All of Kony Solutions’ hosting providers are Tier 1 data centers, having multiple data centers located across the United States (for U.S. based customers). The hosting providers also offer data centers in other countries if needed.

Kony Solutions maintains and operates Network Operations Center on a 24×365 basis. Kony will work with the hosting providers to monitor and manage the entire infrastructure, from the network to the application level. Kony uses sophisticated commercial as well as custom developed monitoring tools to track and ensure proper functioning of the mobile applications. Kony Solutions’ application system availability and hosting support is provided 24×7. Standard application and platform development support is provided 9AM – 5PM weekdays in the local time zone, to address application development issues. Kony also offers a premium application support option where extended hours availability and dedicated staff, trained on a customer’s specific applications are available to answer questions.
