Raj Koneru

Chief Executive Officer

Raj Koneru is an experienced entrepreneur with a record of success, an eye for market needs, and an ability to bring teams together, from technical developers to sales. Since founding Kony in 2007, Raj has spearheaded the development and continued innovation of the Kony Platform. Among the many successes Kony has experienced with Raj at the helm, the company has generated significant traction in the market, with global Fortune 500 brands leveraging Kony’s products and services today. 

 

He has more than 18 years of experience delivering to global enterprise business requirements. He co-founded Intelligroup (NASDAQ: ITIG) which grew to a $200m company over five years under his leadership. He also built Seranova (NASDAQ: SERA) which he grew to about $100m in revenues within 2.5 years and was sold in 2001. Raj co-founded a BPO company, iTouchPoint, which was sold in 2005. Raj has a master’s degree in management from BITS, Pilani, India.

 

David Schreffler

Sr. Vice President, Sales

David Schreffler is responsible for building and leading Kony Solutions’ worldwide sales team. With more than 18 years of sales experience, David has a unique combination of enterprise, channel, and on-demand/SaaS success. In addition to international operational experience, David has extensive experience in general management and field operations, in both large and start-up organizations. Prior to joining Kony, David was the EVP of Worldwide Sales at Dexterra where his leadership helped triple company revenue. David has also held sales leadership positions at Siebel, Genesys, Kanisa and Spoke Software. David has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas.

 

 

Harold Goldberg

Chief Marketing Officer

Harold Goldberg is the Chief Marketing Officer for Kony Solutions. Goldberg brings more than 25 years of experience in senior marketing, strategy and sales roles at top-tier software companies.

 

Prior to Kony, Harold was the CMO and Vice President of Strategy for Merced System where he was responsible for Marketing, Product Management and Strategy. Merced was acquired by NICE in 2012. Before Merced, Harold was the CEO and President of Zend Technologies, the leading open source company behind PHP. Goldberg came to Zend from BMC software where he was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for BMC Software.

 

Harold joined BMC as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Sales for Remedy. In that position he played a key role in many of BMC's acquisitions and in Remedy's acquisition by BMC. Prior to Remedy, Harold held a number of senior sales and marketing positions at Siemens, Ring Medical and Sudbury Systems Inc.

 

Harold received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Political Sciences from the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, and a Master of Arts in International Political Economics from New York University in New York City.

 

 

Sriram Ramanathan

Chief Technology Officer

Sriram (Sri) Ramanathan is a technology executive who brings more than 20 years of cutting edge experience in the telecommunications, wireless and mobile domains to his role as Kony's CTO. Most recently Sri was an IBM Distinguished Engineer, an IBM Master Inventor, and CTO of IBM's wireless, mobile and communications sector domains within the Global Business Services, where he was responsible for solution strategy, delivery and thought leadership. Prior to his ten-plus year career with IBM, Sri worked as an integration architect at Commercequest, a B2B innovator and at GTE (now Verizon), as a lead architect in the development and deployment of their provisioning and inventory infrastructure and their mobile field force automation initiatives.
 

Sri is a recognized innovator, who has filed for over 85 patents in the mobile, wireless, digital media and smart grid domains, published in multiple publications and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from BITS Pilani in India and a master’s degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from the University of South Florida Tampa.

 

Kelly Enos

Chief Financial Officer

Kelly Enos brings more than 20 years of experience leading the financial, accounting and administrative functions in high-tech, start-up and private-equity-backed companies to her role as Kony's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Administrative Executive.
 

Prior to joining Kony, Enos was CFO of EquaTerra, Inc. a global advisory firm providing IT and business process transformation services. At EquaTerra, she was responsible for all financial and accounting activities of the company, as well as human resources, internal IT and legal. She has also held CFO positions with Telseon IP Services, an IP network and bandwidth service provider, and Star Telecommunications, a global telecommunications company. In these roles, Enos has helped raise billions in capital through the public debt and equity markets, as well as through private placements and commercial banks.
 

Enos is a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in designing, building and managing financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, business development and strategic planning, treasury management and capital fund raising.


Enos earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Louisiana State University and a MBA from Rice University.

 

Anirban Roy

Chief Operations Officer, India

Anirban Roy is responsible for all offshore professional services delivery and partner support functions. Prior to joining Kony, Anirban spent 17 years in various technology leadership roles at Citigroup in both Singapore and the U.S. In Singapore, he was responsible for implementing large scale, complex, multi-business financial applications both for internet and mobile channels. In the U.S., Anirban was involved in setting up a new technology center of excellence in Cincinnati, Ohio to showcase the latest internet, mobile and ATM technology platforms for North America Consumer Banking. Anirban holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from the University of Calcutta.

 

 

Sam Lakkundi

Chief Mobile Officer

As the company's chief mobile officer, Sam Lakkundi helps to shape Kony's business vision and growth strategy by working with Kony executives and engineering worldwide. He is responsible for business development activities, strategic technology company investments, and product direction working closely with the office of the CTO. Sam helps guide Kony's strategic decisions and ensures that the business units and the divisions are supported by sound operational, strategic, market and financial analysis.

 

Sam joined Kony from Sybase, a SAP company, where he served in a series of roles in management, business development, pre-sales and training, over the course of a 15-year tenure. Sam has extensive experience working with enterprise mobile software and working with large enterprises to help architect and implement their mobile solutions. Sam attended Harvard, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from MTU and also has a Master's in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree from SNHU.

 

 

Bjorn Hildahl

Vice President, Product Management

Bjorn Hildahl brings nearly two decades of experience designing and developing software to his role as vice president of product management for Kony. Through his work building and managing teams to ensure effective creation and delivery of software products, Bjorn has developed specific areas of expertise in financial services industry, including e-commerce, mobile payments, transaction and n-tiered distributedapplications. He has been focused on mobile for the last eight years, with an emphasis on designing and developing software for banking and payment solutions.

 

In his current function, Bjorn is responsible for developing Kony’s vertical applications and enterprise solutions. His expertise in a variety of platforms and technologies enables him to provide robust solutions for Kony projects at all stages of their development.


Prior to joining Kony, Bjorn helped form mFoundry, a provider of mobile financial services. At mFoundry, he served as the director of technology and client services for more than six years, helping to grow the company’s relationships with top financial services institutions around the world. Previously, he was a software architect at the Blackstone Technology Group, a position he accepted after serving as the CEO of Ubiquitos Information, a company he co-founded in 1998.

 

Hildahl earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
